Suscripción y cancelación

This page explains billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms for your Skinlens subscription.

Price and renewal

A Skinlens subscription is ₺249 per month. Access begins when payment is confirmed, and your subscription renews automatically each month at the same price until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Tap the Settings icon in the top-right of the home or report screen, choose “Cancel my subscription,” and enter the email used for your subscription. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged for the next period.

Refunds

To request a refund for the current period, contact us at contact@monoappshq.com; we will review your request and process it within the scope of applicable legal rights.

Payment security

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant Stripe infrastructure. Your card details are not stored on our servers.
