These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (collectively, the "Agreement") together with all documents referred to in it constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a natural person ("you," "your," or "user") and MONO APPS OU("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website available at acnie.net (the "Website"), the Skinlens skin analysis service, and the Acnie mobile application (collectively, the "Services").

All documents that relate to the Website are hereby expressly incorporated by reference. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Website. By using the Website you indicate that you have read, understood, agreed to and accepted the Agreement.

II. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to this Agreement at any time and for any reason. We will keep you informed by updating the "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

III. RESTRICTIONS ON WHO CAN USE THE WEBSITE

To access and use the Website you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, unless otherwise permitted below. Any person under thirteen (13) is not permitted to access or use the Website.

IV. GENERAL TERMS

The Website is for general information and intended for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the Website for any illegal, inappropriate or unauthorized purpose.

Use of the Website requires a compatible device and Internet access. We do not warrant that the Website will be compatible with all hardware and software you use, or that access will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. We may add, change, update or modify the Website or suspend or discontinue access at any time.

IX. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING AND REFUNDS

Some features may require paid subscriptions or purchases. Pricing, billing period, and renewal terms are presented at the time of purchase. A Skinlens web subscription is ₺249 per month and renews automatically until you cancel.

X. USER CONTENT AND AI OUTPUTS

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload and process any content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content only as needed to provide the Services.

AI outputs may be probabilistic and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for specific use cases. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use and for compliance with applicable laws.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia. Any claims shall be decided exclusively by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Estonia.

XV. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all access to and use of the Website.

XVI. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full force and effect.
